In 1983, Jeanne Dailey co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties and remains the sole owner of this growing company specializing in association management, resort vacation rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales. With a professional team of dedicated employees, Jeanne has led this organization to be one of the most successful and highly respected resort services company along the Florida’s Emerald Coast. Jeanne has not only had remarkable success with Newman-Dailey but has remained a constant voice for the growth and prosperity of The Emerald Coast. As a member of several civic boards and associations, President of a growing company, and single mother of two, Jeanne credits her success to positive energy, a close personal involvement in her company, community, family, and her valued employees. She obtained her Florida Real Estate License in 1984, her Broker’s License in 1985, and her Community Association Management License in 1989. She earned an Associate of Fine Arts Degree from Sienna Heights College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing from East Carolina University.  
  
For over 37 years, Newman-Dailey has been providing associations and communities along the Emerald Coast with the highest level of Association Management Services. We have set an area standard for customer service, communication, and attention to detail that larger management companies are simply unable to replicate.
  
Newman-Dailey currently manages sixty-four associations with more than two thousand three hundred (2,300) individually owned units. We have been in the association management business since 1983, managing sixteen (16) properties since their inception and two (2) since 1983. Our staff includes ten licensed Community Association Managers, accounting, and maintenance personnel and eleven on-site offices supervised from the main office.  
  
Newman-Dailey offers a unique approach to association management utilizing a team of licensed C.A.M.s, both on and off-site. In addition, our Maintenance Supervisors have over thirty-five years of on and off-site property maintenance and construction experience. We offer all the employee benefits of a large company without incurring undue costs to your association, enabling us to hire extremely qualified personnel. In addition, we excel in sound fiscal management and accurate budgeting.
  
Our Association Accounting Division works with CPA firms on a professional level to ensure all Florida Statute requirements are met. All accounting is done to public accounting standards, utilizing professional accounting systems, providing immediate, real-time access to financial data. We provide our associations with custom financial reporting and budget comparisons on a monthly basis, or as needed. Our budget and capital reserve plans have been consistently reliable and on target, with an emphasis on sound fiscal policy.

We consult with highly qualified Attorneys specializing in community association law to ensure that we guide your association properly now and into the future.

Our Association Management services are based on personalized attention to owner needs, property detail, and protection of the sizeable investment you and your fellow owners have made. Our goal for each property is to maintain the physical facilities at a level that improves the value of the investment and sustains and strengthens the sense of community. We are knowledgeable in contract and contractor selection and management. We offer skilled advice to help board members’ work within association documents and Statutory requirements.
