Property & Association Management
Newman-Dailey has a fully staffed Community Association Management Division that currently manages over 60 associations with a total of over 2,300 individually owned units. While our style may be different from property to property, there is one constant our clients can always rely on and that's a highly detailed and personalized service performed by a team of licensed professionals with practical experience in areas from non-profit accounting to physical plant maintenance. We work closely with our Association Boards to maintain their properties as well as protect the sizeable investments of their members.
Whether it’s onsite management with 24-hour concierge service or offsite management to handle simple routine maintenance and accounting, Newman-Dailey can fill the special needs of our client’s very special communities.

Newman-Dailey believes management fees should not contain any “hidden fees”. While some extras are outlined in our management proposal, there are no hidden fees for owners or the Association. With our vendor relationships Newman-Dailey has developed cost savings on many services. Newman-Dailey proudly passes those savings directly to our Associations.
Experience & Longevity
Newman-Dailey strives for long-term relationships with our Associations. A majority of our properties have been managed by our team since their inception, two since 1983. Ken Wampler, the President of Newman-Dailey’s Association Division has had his Community Association Manager (CAM) license since 2004. Jeanne Dailey, Owner and President of Newman-Dailey has had her CAM license since 1989. All staff members in the Association Management Division are licensed CAM in the state of Florida. Newman-Dailey also has their CAM Firm license with the state of Florida.

Our accounting department is dedicated to proper money management for your Association. From monthly financial reporting to the collection process, our team will account for your money properly. Our record of collecting past due assessments is 90% and we continue to increase that number.
