Newman-Dailey is currently seeking a vacation reservation specialist for its vacation rental division as well as a community association manager (CAM) and a common area cleaner/maintenance technician in its association management division.

Vacation Reservation Specialist

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is looking for a Vacation Reservation Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at Newman-Dailey's fun, fast-paced corporate office in Destin, Fla. The ideal candidate is friendly and professional, and values honesty and exceptional customer service. Primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by effectively utilizing selling techniques and yield management strategies. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Weekends, flexible hours and drug screen are required. Competitive salary plus incentives benefits package. Community Association Manager: 

Newman-Dailey Resort Properties is seeking a CAM Manager, Ideal candidate must have three years of experience with Condominium Management along the Gulf Coast of Florida.  The candidate will Assist Association Management staff with preparation of association property annual budgets; recommendations and supervise special projects, possible adjustments for capital reserves or replacement funds; develop agendas for association Board of Directors and owners’ annual meetings.  Review proposed changes or improvements to properties or governing documents and be familiar with and comply with governing docs and provisions of legislation.  Negotiate contracts for janitorial, security, grounds maintenance, landscape maintenance, trash removal, and other services. Common Area Cleaner / Light Maintenance

Seeking Full-Time Common Area Cleaner and Light Maintenance person for on-site position. General Interior & Exterior Cleaning and must be able to perform light maintenance duties.
