Shannyn Stevenson and Debbie Wooley Honored as 2019 First Quarter Top Producers

The Newman-Dailey Real Estate Division is pleased to announce its top real estate sales producers for the first quarter of 2019 are Sales Associate Shannyn Stevenson and Real Estate Agent Debbie Wooley. Shannyn Stevenson was the top real estate agent within the real estate sales team and Debbie Wooley was the top listing agent for the first quarter of 2019.  

After achieving “Top Real Estate Sales Agent of the Year” for 2018, Shannyn Stevenson is continuing her momentum in real estate sales, earning the title of “Top Real Estate Sales Agent" for the first quarter as well. From Destin to Rosemary Beach, Shannyn knows the Gulf Coast and understands the market well. Licensed for more than 18 years, she specializes in selling and buying rental investments and second homes within the beachside communities. Providing her clients valuable advice, she leads them from looking to closing on an investment that is best for their lifestyle and budget. 

Joining Shannyn as a top producer is Debbie Wooley. Real Estate Agent Debbie Wooley has a passion for real estate, and enthusiasm for the Emerald Coast. A native of Mountain Brook, Alabama, Debbie is a licensed REALTOR® in Alabama and Florida and has been buying, selling and investing in real estate for the last 35 years. Her sales and marketing skills and attention to detail helped Debbie secure and manage the most new listings for the first quarter.
