Foodies will Relish Harbor Fest in Destin, Sept. 22

Fall is for foodies and we're excited to share a new culinary event that celebrates the bounty of Gulf-to-Table offerings in Destin, Florida. Renowned as the World's Luckiest Fishing Village, Destin has an abundance of restaurants that specialize in preparing the local catch, which is why the city is well-suited for Destin's newest event--HarborFest. 

The First Annual HarborFest Celebration will be held September 22, 2018 from 5 pm – 9 pm along the Destin Harbor. Charter Captains from HarborWalk Charters will be sharing their favorite fish tales while local artisans display their work. From paintings to hand-crafted jewelry, HarborWalk Village will be filled with booths, including craft stations for the kids provided by Abrakadoodle, that will accompany the delicous bites. Local restaurateurs will be preparing small plates of local seafood, deliciously paired with craft beers from local and regional breweries. Come for the food and art, stay for the music. Destin's favorite dance pop quartet, Flash Flood, will be playing on the main stage, putting their distinct touch on a wide variety of hits including classic rock, ‘80s favorites, and today's pop. The festival wraps up with a fireworks over the Destin Harbor at 9 pm. 
  
Tickets are $15 per person and include beer sampling, tasting card, beer stein & kids crafts. Small plates are available to purchase from participating restaurants.
