Destin and 30A Beer Festivals Celebrate Craft Beer and Spirits

As we embark on International Beer Day, here’s some of the upcoming Beer Events that celebrate beer:
August 3- SoWal Craft Beer and Spirits Festival
The inaugural SoWal Craft Beer and Spirits Festival will be held today from noon to 4 p.m. at Shades Bar & Grill. Gather in the chill tents among more than 60 craft beers, ciders, and Florida distilled craft spirits, including the Sea Level Vodka, as well as rosé wine and mimosas and enjoy the diversity of samples to taste. Beer and spirit experts will be on-site sharing their knowledge and food samplings provided by Shades Bar and Grill will pair nicely with the brews. While beer is the focus, the event is family friendly and includes two bounce houses and a cornhole section for kids. Expect a laid-back event where casual attire an chill attitude is welcome. August 11 - Grayton Beer to Host Inaugural “Party at the Pub”
Celebrating the first releases from the new small-batch system, Grayton Beer Brew Pub will host its inaugural “Party at the Pub” on Saturday, August 11, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the August 11 “Party at the Pub” guests will receive a commemorative glass for samples of the assorted small batch and barrel aged releases that are being showcased. In addition to the full menu, the Brewpub will be offering food specials. The day will start with a Cornhole Tournament beginning at 11:00 a.m. (signup begins at 10:30 a.m.) Live music by Boukou Groove will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The “Party at the Pub” is family friendly and free to attend. November 3 - Destin Crafted
Wine World presents Destin's premier craft beer, bourbon, & food festival benefitting local charity, Children in Crisis, Inc. Florida hosted at The Henderson. Sample over 50 of the rarest and most delicious beers & bourbons on this side of the U.S. alongside food hand-crafted by some of the area's favorite restaurants. Enjoy live music performances, games & fun, and enter the raffle to win awesome prizes. All proceeds will benefit Children in Crisis. VIP tickets include an event on Friday on the Sunset Terrace.
