IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR BEACH VACATION
It is time for your beach vacation! We’re delighted you selected Newman-Dailey Resort Properties for your beach vacation. Founded in 1985, we’ve been welcoming families to the beach for more than 30 years. We want to help ensure your preparation and arrival is as smooth as possible. Please take a moment to review the following details so that you’ll have everything you need for your beach vacation. See you @ the beach!
Check-in Directions
Check-in is between 4pm and 5pm. Check-in locations vary depending on the location of your vacation rental. If you downloaded the Hospitality App, please use the directions provided in the “Messages” section. Directions have also been sent to the email we have on file. PLEASE NOTE: If your check-in location is our main office and you are using GPS, we are located in MIRAMAR BEACH not Destin. (12815 US Highway 98 W, MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.)
When you arrive to Destin or South Walton, we’ll give you your check-in packet containing your driving directions to your rental, parking passes, internet information and more. We will also give you instructions for using your Newman-Dailey Virtual Gift Card to access your FREE daily adult admission to area attractions and activities as well as free movie rentals. You can take advantage of all the Gift Card offers as soon as you arrive in town. We will call and/or text you when your rental has been cleaned, inspected, and the door code has been activated. Late Arrival Instructions
If you are arriving after hours or on a day when the office is closed, we will place your check-in packet with your name on it in our lock box. The lock box is mounted on the front of the building for your check-in location. The combination to the lock can be found in the Hospitality App. Your driving directions to your rental property will be inside the envelope with your door code attached to it. If there is an applicable gate code, it will be on the front of the envelope. Please call 850-837-1071 if you need any help.
Parking
We understand you may be meeting family and friends from around the country at your vacation rental and Newman-Dailey tries to accommodate as many vehicles as possible. However, our rentals have a specific number of parking spots available at each rental home and condominium. Please make sure to check the total number of vehicles allowed at your rental as you are planning your trip. Some rentals may be limited to 1 or 2 vehicles total, and there are very few public parking options that allow overnight parking. In addition, properties do not allow RV or trailer parking on-site.
What to Bring
Newman-Dailey provides fresh linens and bath towels for each rental. We do ask guests to bring your own beach towels and blankets. Please note that some properties and Destin beaches have banned the use of canopy tents. In South Walton, tents must be 10’ x 10’ or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, and allow for a 15’ distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles.
