Concerts in the Village - Live Music in Destin

A popular evening activity in Destin, Fla. is enjoying live music under the stars. With so many great outdoor venues including HarborWalk Village, the expanded Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village, Sandestin's Village of Baytowne Wharf and expansive greens along Scenic Highway 30A, live music is easy to find near your South Walton or Destin vacation rental.

On Wed., July 3, Concerts in the Village will join the Emerald Coast in celebrating our nation's independence with an "American Patriotic Tribute" by David Seering. In this special performance, Seering will feature the spirit of Americana music from a variety of composers and musicians. The p erformance begins at 7 p.m. at the Mattie Kelly Cultural Arts Village, just 2 miles west of Destin Commons (4323 Commons Dr. W).

Bring a lawn chair, picnic dinner and wine, beer or beverage of choice. Or purchase dinner on-site prepared by local restaurants, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, which alternate weekly serving fresh, affordable cuisine.
