Happy Independence Day!
As we celebrate Fourth of July, we want to take a moment to thank and honor the men and women who serve our country and help protect our freedoms.
Don't forget fireworks are illegal in the state of Florida so leave the fireworks to the pros. Legal fireworks include sparklers, snake or glow
worms, trick noisemakers, party poppers, snappers and other similar fireworks that do not leave the ground. Don't risk a $1,000 fine.

- July 4th Fireworks Over East Pass The City of Destin will host July 4th fireworks over East Pass beginning at 9 p.m.

- Annual Fourth of July Celebration The City of Fort Walton Beach will host a fireworks display at Fort Walton Landing. The event is scheduled from
4 to 10 pm and will include entertainment, food vendors, a bicycle parade for children, a fly-over, and children's games.
