Lorri Smith
Lorri Smith has been with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. since 1987. She has been in charge of community association management activities since 1987 and has headed the Community Association Division since its inception in 1992. She oversees sixteen associations totaling over nine hundred seventy individual units, as well as seven licensed Community Association Managers, ten accounting and maintenance personnel, and five on-site offices. Six of these associations have been managed by Newman-Dailey since their inception, including two since 1983. In addition to her extensive experience, understanding and history of all the associations managed by Newman-Dailey, Lorri also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Carolina, as well as a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. She has been a licensed Community Association Manager since 1988.
