Ken Wampler
Ken Wampler has recently joined the Newman-Dailey team to head up Business Development as well as assist with the Association Management efforts. With a results-focused management career, Ken has used his 25 years experience, most recent seven years on the Emerald Coast, leading successful start-up, turnaround and high-growth club and resort operations. His areas of experience include: Luxury Resort Vacation Management, Multiple Owner Associations including Master Associations, Private and Semi-Private Golf & Tennis Clubs, Full Service Hotel Operations, Boutique Lodging Operations, 5-Bell Marina Operations, Multi-Facet Sales & Marketing Campaigns, Strategic Planning & Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Accountability programming, Management Information Systems, Recreational Programming and White-Glove Customer Service Operational Implementation. In addition to his extensive experience, Ken also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maine, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. He has been a licensed Community Association Manager since 2004.
