Scott McKeen
Scott is new to the Newman-Dailey family and comes to us with years of excellent and knowledgable experience. He also has his Certified Pool Operator's License. Scott develops and prepares routine and preventative maintenance schedules and corrects maintenance items. Scott is also responsible for the development and preparation of bid specification documents for maintenance services, manages and coordinates construction projects. He assists with preparation of annual budgets, recommendations for special projects, possible adjustments for capital reserves or replacement funds, and reports on property conditions at Boards of Directors and Annual meetings.
