Eva Pickens
Eva Pickens has served as Association Manager at the Maravilla Community development since January 2002, working with two hundred eighty-eight owners and four associations within the community. She prepares annual budgets and works with accounts receivable and payables. She directs the on-site maintenance staff. Eva is a Notary Public for the state of Florida. She has a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license, a Community Association Manager’s license, and a Certified Pool Operator’s license.
