Marty Rutkowski
Marty is the newest member of the Association Management Team. Marty will assist in developing and preparing routine and preventative maintenance schedules and perform corrective maintenance items. Marty is also responsible for the development and preparation of bid specification documents for maintenance services, manages and coordinates construction projects. He will assist with preparation of annual budgets, recommendations for special projects, possible adjustments for capital reserves or replacement funds, and reports on property conditions at Boards of Directors and Annual meetings. Marty will be obtaining his Certified Pool Operator's License.
